Always use a tracked service to send items to CW Works. We will not take responsibility for goods lost in transit and/or not received by CW Works.

Workshop Update

Our workshop will be closed from 23 March while we attend the Taiwan Bike Show and complete training at X‑Fusion. We’ll resume warranty and servicing work from Tuesday, 7 April.

Parts and product sales will continue as normal during this period, so feel free to place orders as usual.

Sending in a job?

  • Anything not received by close of business Friday 20 March will be worked on once we return.
  • If your job won’t arrive by the 20th, no problem — staff will still be here to accept parcels.
  • Jobs will be prioritised based on date received.

Terms and Conditions

  • Our current turn around times are 3-5 business days (pending parts availability).
  • Bookings enter the service queue once they are received by CW Works.
  • Payment is only made once your service is completed.
  • We will email a copy of your invoice with a secure link for payment via credit card.
  • If bank transfer is preferred, bank details are also contained in the invoice.
