Who We Are

We are proud to be the Official Warranty & Service Center for X-Fusion in Australia.

We are qualified and have over 15 years of experience in the Bicycle industry. Everything we do is geared towards showing our customers how much we care about their riding needs, and delivering the results they want.

We have a deep understanding of X-Fusion suspension & products, their components, and repair needs.

We are an Australian owned and family run business. Our Owner & Lead service technician (Christian) is a mountain bike nut! He takes any chance he can get to ride, lucky he lives a stones throw away from Lysterfield Mountain Bike tracks! He takes his daughter to the skills course when he can & takes his twin toddlers in the trailer on the back of his bike (can’t start them too early!).

Christian travelled to Taiwan to visit the X-Fusion manufacturing facility and underwent Suspension Service Technician Training covering all models of X-Fusion suspension & seat posts – so he is the man when it comes to anything X-Fusion!
