Payment
We currently accept payments over the phone via Mastercard or Visa, or online via credit card. You may also pay via direct deposit/bank transfer.
Service/sales jobs will not be dispatched until payment has been processed in full. For Direct Deposit/Bank Transfer’s we require you to send remittance/proof of payment to [email protected] if you would like goods to be dispatched promptly. Instructions for this are included on all of our invoices.

X-Fusion Service Centre
CW Works is the only authorised service/warranty agent for X-Fusion seat posts and suspension products in Australia (East). Any service work/procedures completed on these brands external of CW Works is not covered by CW Works or the manufacturers warranty, and is done so at the owners/service providers risk. It is the responsibility of any bike shops/workshops offering servicing on X-Fusion seat posts and suspension products to advise their customers of this information prior to commencing work as any issues resulting from incorrect servicing/maintenance will not be covered by warranty.
