Always use a tracked service to send items to CW Works. We will not take responsibility for goods lost in transit and/or not received by CW Works.

Terms and Conditions

  • Our current turn around times are 1-3 business days (pending parts availability)
  • Bookings enter the service queue once they are received by CW Works
  • Proof of purchase is mandatory for warranty requested work.
  • Upon completion, items will be shipped back via Standard postage.

Workshop Update

Our workshop is taking a short break and will be back up and running from Tuesday, 7th October.

Parts and product sales will continue as normal during this period, so feel free to place your orders as usual.

If you’re sending in a job:

  • Anything not received by Friday, 12th September will be booked in once we’re back.
  • If your job won’t make it by the 12th, it’s best to hold off and send it a few days before we reopen.
