FORK

It is normal for suspension forks to drop in performance over time. This is caused by the breaking down of fork oils, grease and the contamination of seals and bushings causing the grease and oil to leak and the dreaded stiction is present (Especially for those who pressure clean around the seals!)

The service intervals listed are only a guide, if components show signs of wear or a drop in performance is felt, service should be performed sooner.

SHOCK

Over time, it is normal for your X-Fusion rear shock to begins to lose its performance. This is due to multiple factors such as becoming contaminated by dirt and debris (We are looking at you, you pressure cleaner lovers out there!) as well as the breaking down of oil or grease through age and heat – shocks get darn hot on long decents!

SEAT POST

Over time, it is normal for your X-Fusion dropper post to begins to lose its performance. This is due to multiple factors such a getting contaminated with dirt, water and debris which causes deterioration of the lubricants. This results in wear of the external and internal parts of the dropper post.

The service intervals listed are only a guide, if components show signs of wear or a drop in performance is felt, service should be performed sooner.
